• Loren Smith, President & CEO
  Mr. Smith has founded and managed five small businesses in the past nineteen years.
  Currently he is Executive Director of the ReeLife Movie Camp, where he has taught film production for more than seven years to “ at-risk” and inner-city youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Smith was co-founder and President of the Marin Society of Filmmakers and founder and President of The Reel Players Acting troupe. He studied film production at Film Arts in San Francisco and has facilitated more than 400 workshops, training sessions and classes in film production.

• Laura Subotky, COO
  Ms. Subotky is responsible for strategic planning, business development and company operations. She has a diverse background that spans a broad range of industries with experience in strategy, marketing and operations at large corporations and small businesses, including experience at the global management consulting firm of A.T. Kearney. Laura is actively involved in social enterprise serving as an Advisory Board Member for Little Kids Rock and a mentor at the Women’s Technology Cluster. Laura holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
